Development History Of U-flo
1) In 1953
First submesible pump of U-flo was manufactured in Rawat family’s factory in Reggio Emilia district, Italy. Rowat family owned three water pump and mechanical equipment brands, which are green, blue and red brands. Among these, green brand products are mainly used for agricultural market, red brand products are used for sewage and waste processing market and blue brand i.e. Euro-flo (English brand used in earlier period of U-flo) are mainly used for industrial market. In earlier period, Rowat family mainly paid arention to the products with green label for agricultural market, but paid less attention on blue label for industrial market.
2) In 2003
Mr. Pasha Pan and Mr. Jack left the most famous water pump company and electric motor company in the world respectively, established Nanjing Jiedeng Fluid Equipment Co., Ltd, and got full authority of Euro-flo water pump and electric motor products with blue label of Rawat family in Italy as a general agency in China; at the same time, these products were promoted on the market with Chinese name “Youfuluo”.
3) In 2004
Mr. Pasha Pan and Mr. Jack both invested in a pump factory in Chinese Taiwan in terms of shares in order to meet higher requirements of clients in Chinese and Southeast Asian Markets and recovered the shortage of product line in Italy, And changed the pump factory in English lied “Euro-flo Pumps (Taiwan) Company”, after 2008 changed its name to “U-flo Pumps (Taiwan) Company”.
4) In 2008
With the agreement of Italy Rawat family, Mr. Pasha Pan and Mr. Jack contributed together to purchase permanent worldwide operation authority of Euro-flo completely. Then with the agreement of both parties, U-flo Pumps Group Co., Ltd was established in terms of providing long-term technology as shares. Meanwhile, in order to make this brand more internationalized, Mr. Pasha Pan and Mr. Jack decided to simplify original brand Euro-flo to U-flo, registered “Youfu” as Chinese company name. Afterwards, they registered a new brand respectively in China, Chinese Taiwan and Italy.
5) On August 8th, 2010
A new factory of U-flo in Nanjing, China was officially established to promote the most important Chinese market in the world. At the same year, Mr. Pasha Pan and Mr. Jack established U-flo Pumps & System (Hongkong) Co., Ltd to promote the sales in Southeast Asia and Middle East.
6) In 2011
Mr. Pasha Pan and Mr. Jack decided together to move global R&D head office of U-flo from Italy to Seattle, America, Mr. Jack’s hometown, and established U-flo Pumps International LLC in Bellevue close to Seattle, Washington, America and registered global brand of U-flo there at the same time.
7) In 2013
To better expand U-flo’s industrial and commercial pump markets, U.S.-based U-flo Pumps International Co., Ltd. has a stake in a pump factory in Milan, Italy, which has a history of nearly 100 years, under the names of Mr. Pasha Pan and Mr. Jack. Further enriched the U-flo product line. U-flo has been able to offer a full range of products to the global market since then.
8) In 2016
In order to expand submersible pump market reach and meet the growing demands of the Chinese market, U-flo Pumps Group Co., Ltd., represented by Mr. Pasha Pan and Mr. Jack, acquired a wholly-owned submersible motor plant in Vicenza, Italy.
9) In 2017
U-flo Pumps Group Co., Ltd. once again financed the original U-flo Italian company and renamed the new Italian company in Milan, Italy as U-flo Pumps SRL. The new company in Milan will be responsible for Europe, Africa and the future sales in South America, as well as warehousing and logistics of pump and system products.
10) In 2018
Marking its 10th anniversary, U-flo Pumps Group Co., Ltd. simultaneously announced strategic plans in order to accelerate global R&D initiatives for U-flo Water System products and establish U-flo China headquarters, Mr. Pasha Pan and Mr. Jack pledged a joint investment of US$30 million to fund U-flo Smart Water System (Nanjing) Co., Ltd.
11) In 2022
